the classes we offer:Vinyasa Yoga: June Coloum& Michelle NgA system of yoga that links the body, breath and mind in a moving meditation. This yoga refreshes, strengthens and invigorates all the systems of the body.
Restorative Hatha Yoga: John VeigaA Yoga rooted in strengthening and lengthening the spine. This yoga improves posture and deepens ones awareness of the body and it's relationship to the mind. This yoga is excellent for students of any age and ability.
Beginner Ashtanga: Karin Elzgroup yoga classesYoga group classes are drop-in, as listed on the schedule. Classes are one hour and 15 minutes in length. Class size is limited to 8 students maximum.
