It can calm the nervous system, improve respiratory function, stabilize the metabolism, improve circulation, improve digestion, and so many more things. The Classes We Offer:Vinyasa YogaA system of yoga that links the body, breath and mind in a moving meditation. This yoga refreshes, strengthens and invigorates all the systems of the body.
**Belly DancingExperience the art of sensual movement while strengthening and toning the core. It's a fun night out or even as warm-up for your evening.
Pre-natal YogaA gentle Yoga practice to prepare the body, breath and mind for child birth and after. Enjoy this relaxing flow practice at any stage of your pregnancy.
Post-natal YogaThis class is with mom and baby but focuses on mom. Babies can hang out while mom reconnects, stretches, strengthens and tones her body. Appropriate for moms and pre-crawling babies.
**Tai ChiThis class will include Qui Qong(Chi Kung) stretching and breathing and Tai Chi of the classical Yang tradition, stressing health maintenance, meditation, and relaxation. Tai Chi is not difficult and people of all ages and physical condition will benefit from practising this art.group yoga classesYoga group classes are drop-in, as listed on the schedule. Classes are one hour and 15 minutes in length. Class size is limited to 7 students maximum.
