Restrictions on Disclosure of Confidential Information and Privacy Policy: Sukha Spa shall maintain in confidence all information disclosed by the Clients relating to the disclosing of the Customers ("Confidential Information"). Sukha Spa will not sell or make available to any other organization or individual the personal information of the Client. Should the Client choose to have Confidential Information made available to outside parties, expressed written and verbal consent by the Client is required. Performance and Use of RMT Services: Subject to the terms of these all Registered Massage Therapists are individual operators and therefore are responsible for all Registered Massage Client Records. Client discussion and massage services selected are between the RMT and the Client. Sukha Spa accepts no liability therein.
