Jennifer Mattar, RMTJennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist and acupuncturist in practice for nine years. She focuses on Pregnancy Massage in her practice as well as aiding you in your discovery of a fully relaxing, emotionally healing, and ultimately physically therapeutic massage treatment.She is also a Pilates instructor and she teaches the Stott Method of Pilates, a contemporary approach to the original teachings of Joseph Pilates. The goal is to develop a body that operates effectively and efficiently not just for sport, but also for daily life. Cat Stagliano, AestheticianCat Stagliano is an aesthetician with a perfectionist eye. She has been in the beauty industry for over 9 years and throughout her career she continues to grow and educate herself through workshops and courses. Cat has an eye for style and attention to detail. Since Cat is a perfectionsit she excels at every service she performs and specializes in making her clients happy. Andre Dupuis, Traditional Thai MassageAndre received his certification in Thailand and has practiced for many years. In addition to massage therapy, Andre conducts Thai Massage workshops which are accredited by the Ontario College of Massage Therapy. He is available weekday mornings by appointment only so please request him by name. Jason Foster, RMTJason has been a Massage Therapist for eight years. Since completing his training at Sutherland-Chan, he has continued his professional development in the areas of anatomy, deep tissue and advanced soft tissue techniques. Over the course of the last eight years, Jason’s treatment style has evolved into a detail-oriented, specific deep tissue massage with soothing techniques. His client-centered approach ensures that each treatment meet the individual client’s changing needs. Jason’s massage therapy ranges from restorative relaxation treatment to injury and pain management work. He plans to continue his healthcare education and study to become a Registered Nurse. Thomas Klie-Cribb,RMTMelody Lee, RMTGraduated from ICT Kikkawa college in 2003, Melody has been working in different clinics ranging from spas, rehabilitation clinics and massage clinics until she found her home at Sukha Health Spa. From the time of graduating, she has taken many modalities such as hot stone massage, reiki (energy work), myofascial, muscle testing and sport massage that would help her better assist her client’s needs. Her massage has been described as one that is rehab orientated --- working on specific areas of discomfort while still incorporating the rest of the body to create overall relaxation. Andi Hersh, RMT

Jessie Malacarne, Yoga InstructorJessie completed her yoga teacher training at Yogaspace in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in 2007. She teaches Prenatal and Postnatal yoga here at Sukha Spa. Jessie's goal as a yogi is to help others build confidence and comfort within their own yoga practice, while calming the vibration of the body and mind so the spirit is able to rest.
